This section contains the quarterly statistics referring to the direct channels and the dedicated interface.

It should be noted that the data reported in the “Third Parties Statistics” report, related to the Third Party channel, in the “Hits OK” column, corresponds to the number of calls made by the Third Parties correctly handled by the dedicated interface used by the Bank, regardless of the answer provided to the Third Party (positive or negative, e.g. consent granted, valid credentials, incorrect input data, invalid token entered, etc.).

Therefore, this information is not to be understood as the number of transactions initialized by Third Parties that were actually carried out successfully.
