REJECTIONS OF UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS

The Customer may request from the Bank a refund and/or rectification of a transaction that it did not authorize or that was not properly executed.

A payment transaction is “unauthorized” when there is a lack of consent for execution; on the other hand, it is defined as “not properly executed” when the execution does not comply with the instructions given (e.g., incorrect amount).

To initiate the process of disallowing an “unauthorized” or “not properly executed” transaction, the Client should download and fill out the form available at the link REJECTION UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENT OPERATIONS, deliver it to the Branch or send it to the following addresses:
